We continue our last Blog post with choosing to stop talking and start doing with building not only your TINY HOME, but your Tiny Off Grid Community! The cards always seem to be stacked against us from time to time, but this time we'll win by sticking together!
We all have dreams...unfortunately with the current social structure of our States and Government it is becoming harder and harder to live those dreams...DON'T GIVE UP HOPE...We are here to tell you that you have a great future ahead...as long as you CHOOSE to TAKE ACTION on your DREAMS!
The biggest and most difficult decision of your life is choosing to purchase your HOME...Yes, getting married and having children are big as well, but all these take you right back to your HOME! Your Home is your greatest achievement and your greatest form of DEBT!
Although this Blog could essentially be for any place in the world we are focused on HAWAII itself. For us here in Hawaii there is a much higher likelihood that we will NEVER EVER own our own home...at least one that is not newer than 30-40 years old and needs major TLC.
For all of us that should be UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE! For the State of Hawaii they could give a rats ass! Because of this it is up to us, the people of Hawaii, to fight back and dictate what is acceptable here. TAKING ACTION and making that ACTION the NORM is our goal!
So what are we talking about?
MICRO OFF GRID COMMUNITIES built with TINY HOMES!
TINY HOMES are all the craze today, but yesterday they had been TABOO!
People today have been iffy about building tiny homes because society have put certain "FILLER WORDS" out there to discourage people from building them...
FABRICATED, SHIPPING CONTAINERS, MOBILE HOMES, TRAILER PARKS.
Folks up to today tended to look at these SOCIALLY STRUCTURED names with a negative mind set...well, that mind set is about to end! Because people haven't taken the time to look at how ADVANCED Tiny Home building has become today. They have always seen the negative and haven't bothered to look at how incredible the exteriors and interiors of today's TINY HOMES are today! THEY ARE AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!
Today for a family to get into a Home in Hawaii this is becoming the only option that will allow you to not only get into a beautiful newly constructed home, but allow you to be in one almost DEBT FREE! With most Tiny Homes being TURN KEY for between 50-90K it's a NO BRAINER! You'r Monthly cost on the mortgage of your New Home is a little more than a CAR PAYMENT! THINK ABOUT THAT! People are getting into these amazing newly constructed 400-800 sq ft homes for $400-800 a month!!!
YOU CAN'T EVEN RENT A STUDIO in Hawaii for that!
One of the greatest things about these TINY HOMES is you can ALWAYS BUILD onto them!
You want to start off with a 400 sq ft Unique Fabricated Container...GREAT...but if you want to expand you can get another 200, 300 OR 400 sq ft Container to put side by side, or in an L or C SHAPE or even stack them and put a staircase in!
YOUR IMAGINATION is LIMITLESS and so is building your TINY HOME!
They hardest part of building your Tiny Home is finding the land to put it on! Once you get your half acre or more then you can start the building process! As we all know OAHU is not affordable when it comes to land, HOWEVER...what if you can have your Tiny Home built and wheeled onto someone elses property where you can rent the land from them while plugging into their power and water...these are great options to consider! Even with Oahu's options building these TINY HOMES on any other island is more reasonably affordable...especially HAWAII ISLANDS (Big Island) so all things must be considered!

If getting a piece of land is TOP PRIORITY for you and the FULL INTENTION is to build a MICRO GRID COMMUNITY you must consider 2-4 acres to be able to fully realize your DREAM and on the Island of HAWAII 2-4 Acres are very reachable depending how many you have on-board to join this dream. Building an 8 home Micro Grid Community on 4 Acres would allow each home to sit on half of acre...plenty of space to hook up both homes on each acre to septic and an off grid solar and water catchment system. Or if you are more ambitious to hook up all 8 tiny homes onto a centralized Tesla Powerwall 2 and water catchment and septic system. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE and as long as you have the right like minded people with the same vision your dream of leaving the SOCIAL WORLD BEHIND can begin and you can start the rest of your life with your own Micro Community!
NEVER EVER underestimate what you are capable of and what you and like minded people can achieve...
THE ONLY THING STOPPING YOU IS YOU and choosing not to TAKE ACTION!
