ABOUT

Wayde Allen Fishman

"Don't give up, don't give in. Too many people settle these days and that's their choice, but for me, life's too short to settle for anything less than what you deserve."

Wayde Allen Fishman grew up on a small working farm in the suburbs of Boston, MA where his Sicilian grandparents taught him about sustainable living.  Moving to Hawai’i Twenty-Five years ago, he’s been living a sustainable lifestyle on the islands ever since.

Wayde's gone on to start several design businesses in application development, social media, business branding and web design. Today, Wayde is the co-founder and president of the 501(c)(3) environmental nonprofit, 808 CLEANUPS. The nonprofit's mission is restoring Hawaii’s natural beauty by empowering volunteers to conduct decentralized cleanups from mauka to makai through the Adopt A Site Campaign, responding to littering and vandalism of HawaiÊ»i’s natural spaces, tagging and graffiti removal, saving HawaiÊ»i’s indigenous ecosystem through education and action, and building sustainable solutions with local communities and nonprofit partners.

Wayde is the founder, owner and master guide of Wayde’s World Hawai’i LLC, founder and owner of Hawai'i Jeep & Specialty Tours LLC, and Hawai’i Jeep Tours LLC. Wayde co-hosted the Podcast, “Lucky We Live Hawai’i” and is now the new co-host of the #1 Podcast in Hawaii, Living The Aloha Life. Both podcasts deal with politics, small business, local community, volunteering, as well as living, vacationing and moving to Hawaii.

Wayde is passionate about the Hawaiian islands, the Kanaka Maoli people and their unique culture. He has a love for Hawaii's flora and fauna, as well as the islands diverse environment.  Wayde is hopeful Hawai'i will one day be able to create a sustainable future for generations to come, so that they can live, survive, and thrive in this ever changing diverse, yet complicated political and environmental structure.
